SECURING THE PLACE AND DEPOSIT

To secure the Early Bird discount, full payment must be received by the specified date mentioned on the retreat or training page. After this date, the regular amount will be charged.

To process your application, a non-refundable 50% deposit (deducted from the total cost) must be submitted. Deposits can be paid via Debit or Credit Card, iDeal or Bank Transfer. Detailed instructions will be provided via email. Your spot will be secured upon receipt of payment. If your application is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded. In all other cases, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the total tuition.

Full payment is due at least 60 days prior to the retreat or training start date, and participants must pay any outstanding balance by this date.

If you apply less than 59 days before the start date, specific arrangements will be made to ensure the full fee is paid before the training begins.

 

 

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

Embodhi reserves the right to cancel a retreat or training if necessary. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

If the balance of the retreat/course fee is not received by the specified due date (at least 28 days prior to the start), the participant's place may be given to someone on the waiting list, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If a participant withdraws 15 days or more before the training begins, they may transfer to a future training or receive a refund of all payments made, except for the non-refundable deposit of 50% (not applicable for retreats). See below.

Embodhi will not refund any other costs, such as flights or transfers, that participants may have incurred. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Embodhi's refund policy:

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• 90 days prior: 100% of your payment may be applied to another training.

• 60 – 89 days prior: 75% of your payment may be applied to another training. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your training.

• 15 – 59 days prior: 40% of your payment may be applied to another training. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your training.

• Less than 14 days: no refund.

 

COMMITMENT FOR TRAININGS ONLY

By participating in a training, you agree and commit to:

- Attending 100% of the classes, arriving on time.

- Working closely with Embodhi and team in case of missed contact hours due to sickness or other circumstances, to ensure certificate attainment.

- Behaving respectfully toward teachers and fellow trainees.

- Giving priority to this intensive experience in terms of energy and time.

- Taking self-responsibility for emotions, thoughts, and actions.

- Completing all pre/post requisites, as well as the final written and live demonstration of understanding.

- Understanding that certification is not solely guaranteed by tuition payment.

 

HEALTH OR INJURY ISSUES

Participants retain control and direction over their physical activities and assume full liability and risk of harm, including injury and discomfort, resulting from participation in program activities.

Embodhi accepts no liability for any injuries or illnesses that occur during the retreat or training.

Participants must refrain from consuming alcohol, drugs, or engaging in any illegal activities during the course, and must abide by the laws of the country where the training is held.

For pregnant participants, it is understood that participation is at their own risk and that of their unborn child/children.
