Planning

Roots Retreat takes place from September  29 - October 6, 2024. Plan on arriving in Porto around noon on Sep 29, and leaving after 14:00 on Oct 6.

Once you arrive at the resort, you will have a few moments on your own to get settled and relax, meet some of the fellow yogis before we start the retreat later that day. Each day offers a mix of planned activities and free time for you to enjoy. The schedule is designed to be flexible, giving you the freedom to choose what you want to participate in. Whether you prefer to fully engage or take it easy, it's up to you. This retreat is all about connecting with yourself, and you have the freedom to make it your own.

Morning

7:30-9:30: Intention Circle, Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga

Start your day with intention, mindfulness, and energizing practices.

9:30: Breakfast

Nourish your body after the practice.

13:00: Lunch

Enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal prepared by the local chefs.

Afternoon

12:00-16:00: Free Time/Private Sessions

Indulge in personal time for relaxation, self-reflection, or opt for private sessions.

Evening

16:00-19:00: Breathwork & Yoga

Powerful yet relaxing transformational breathwork and yin yoga practices.

 

19:00: Dinner

Savor a nourishing dinner as you unwind and connect with fellow participants, sharing stories and experiences.

 

20:00 Fun time

Relax in our signature 'community rest' class, chant mantras, dance to the rhythm, or enjoy board games at the dinner table.
