The Program
The focus of the retreat is on nervous system regulation.
When the system settles, the body often starts to reorganise naturally — physically and mentally. This is why the structure combines different approaches, alongside plenty of free time.
There is a balance between guided sessions and space. You can join everything or take more time for yourself — both are equally valid.
This is not about pushing or achieving something. It’s about creating the right conditions for your system to reset.
During the retreat we will encourage digital detox. Without being too rigid about it, this simply means creating some distance from constant input — emails, social media, and screens — so your system has more space to settle.
There is no strict rule around phone use. You are free to stay connected if needed. That said, reducing screen time — even a little — can make a noticeable difference in how you experience the retreat.

Planning
The retreat takes place from September 30 to October 4, 2026.
Please plan to arrive at the villa no later than 15:00 on September 30th, so you have time to settle in before we begin.
Once you arrive, you will have time to settle in, meet the group and ease into the environment before the retreat begins.
Each day offers a mix of guided sessions and free time. The schedule is designed to be flexible, allowing you to participate fully or take more space when needed.
This retreat is about creating the conditions for change — not forcing it.
