The Program
Our Curaçao retreat is the ideal balance of luxury, nature, and Caribbean relaxation. Unwind with daily flow and yin yoga sessions, complemented by acupuncture treatments. You'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun, swim in crystal-clear waters, and explore the island’s stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and natural beauty.
Nuno's wellness journey began with a passion for movement, first explored through dance and performance, which led him to discover yoga. With over 1,000 hours of training, Nuno teaches various styles, including Vinyasa and Yin, helping individuals find balance and inner strength since 2011.
As a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner and Balance Method acupuncturist, Nuno offers acupuncture treatments to relieve pain, stress, and other conditions. He also hosts retreats that blend yoga, acupuncture, and holistic practices, providing clients with a transformative experience.
