Please allow us a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointments whether made via email, in person or online. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment for appointments cancelled within 24 hours prior to appointment time. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment for cancellations of appointments made within 24-hours prior to appointment time. Not arriving for your appointment without notice will result in the appointment being treated as a no-show and thus may result in the customer being charged 100% of the full price of their appointment.
