"An Unforgettable Experience"
OVERVIEW
Yoga is a lifelong study and practice. To study and teach yoga is to actually learn about the self. Yoga is a way of life and this training is for those who are faithful, dedicated to these ancient teachings and who are willing to give and share as much as receive from this experience. Each student brings an abundance of life experience and irreplaceable contributions and by sharing this with others it will enrich the learning process and exchange of ideas.
Whether you desire to lead and teach others or simply seek a deeper connection to your yoga practice, this program is designed to give you a foundation and introduction to the ancient yogic tradition, offering powerful tools to inspire yourself and to understand how to share and teach yoga to others. In this supportive and safe environment, you will develop the confidence to teach from day one. This residential intensive 4-week training is focused on the Hatha Yoga tradition, Patañjali’s astanga yoga and non-dual Advaita Vedanta. It will collect teachings from B.K.S. Iyengar, somatic movement and Thai yoga stretching. Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT - 200).

ARE YOU READY TO BECOME A YOGA TEACHER OR DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE?
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Choosing a teacher training program can be something very challenging. It is not a holiday that you can just book online as there is not one-size-fits-all, neither a retreat for one week to simply unwind. It is an intense program where you will be challenged physically as well as mentally and emotionally.
Therefore it is of utmost importance that you don't chose a training because the dates fit your busy schedule, but instead that you wish to learn from these particular teachers or, if you don't know them yet, that you are interested in the knowledge they are going to share.
At BioPerfomance Academy we don't believe that a "Buy now" link works. We request the students to first send a motivational letter. After that we will schedule a (video) call to get to know each other better and talk about a pre-training work, such as recommend some work that can be done previous to starting date.
Are you willing to join us in beautiful Northern Thailand to learn more about yoga, life and the art of effective communication in this limited capacity accredited teacher training?
Send us a message in which you tell us more about yourself and your motivation to take part in this training. We are looking forward to hear from you soon.
