Planning
This luxury Balinese retreat takes place from March 12 to 19, 2025. It's recommended to arrive in Bali at least one day before the retreat begins to ease any jet lag. Alternatively, you can choose to join us in Ubud from March 9th for some yoga classes at renowned studios and explore the rice fields while sampling the amazing local cuisine.
We will depart from Ubud on the morning of the 12th and head to Pemutaran by van, with a brief stop for lunch at a scenic restaurant. Upon arrival at the resort, you'll have some time to settle in, relax, before we begin the retreat later that day.
Each day will offer a blend of planned activities and free time, allowing you the flexibility to choose how you wish to participate. Whether you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience or take things at your own pace, this retreat is designed to help you connect with yourself, offering the freedom to make it truly your own.

7:30-9:30: Intention Circle, Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga

Afternoon
12:00-17:00: Free Time/Private Sessions
Indulge in personal time for relaxation, go to the beach, self-reflection, or opt for private sessions at the villas.
Evening
17:00-18:30: Evening Yoga
Finish the day with a resting yin yoga practice.
19:00: Dinner
Savor a nourishing dinner as you unwind and connect with fellow participants, sharing stories and experiences.
20:00 Fun time
Relax in our signature 'community rest' class, chant mantras, or enjoy the silence at the villas.
