In the current society, we are constantly triggered by pictures and videos of others living a healthy lifestyle. Some do yoga, some do the heavy lifting, others do only meditation. We get so overwhelmed by the information that we either get lost or don't know where to start.
As a young child, I was passionate about the body and mind and that developed more and more throughout the years, constantly trying to challenge and optimize both, to live a life based on what I believed in.
My vast and various experience in dance, bodybuilding, yoga, massage, and meditation has brought me to create my signature "Full Spectrum Coaching".
We work on the body and mind using different approaches and points of view, so it suits your way of seeing life and can help you achieve your goals with pleasure and ease.

FULL SPECTRUM COACHING
1-on-1 Fitness Training Sessions
During our training sessions, we go over a personalized training program. We work on mobility, breathwork, and functional fitness. Functional fitness follows the latest evidence-based research to promote results, maintaining the functionality of the body for day-to-day life.
Furthermore, we address postural imbalances to prevent injuries and work on optimizing exercise techniques to keep the sessions safe and fun.
Some of your goals may include:
- you are sedentary and you want to start moving but are lacking some tools
- you already have a good base of physical activity but are looking to change your habits or style
- you want to build muscle or lose body fat.
Nutrition Advice
We look at your current eating patterns and start making slow and progressive changes in order to change your body composition and bring health and vitality to your life.
I am experienced with evidence-based sports nutrition as well as observing your nutritional habits from an Ayurvedic medicine point of view (traditional Indian medicine) and giving you foods that best suit your constitution.
Mindfulness-based Cognitive Development
Unfortunately, just focussing on your training and nutrition will not make the cut if you don't address your mindset. When following the coaching program, we will have an extra 60min session every month to discuss some issues that you might be dealing with and that are nog helping you progress and reach your goals as well as excel in life. Working with the acceptance and commitment therapy model (ACT), we look at stressful triggers in your life, recurring (negative) thought and action patterns, and through mindful work, we set new values-based goals.
