The Program

Our Bali retreat invites you to unwind and rejuvenate through a harmonious blend of yoga, movement, and relaxation.Immerse yourself in daily (hot) and yin yoga sessions, complemented by acupuncture treatments. Enjoy ample free time to soak up the sun, explore nearby stunning beaches, and discover the beauty of traditional Balinese temples with a snorkeling adventure in the crystal-clear waters.

Program
Location

 Nuno's wellness journey began with a passion for movement, first explored through dance and performance, which led him to discover yoga. With over 1,000 hours of training, Nuno teaches various styles, including Vinyasa and Yin, helping individuals find balance and inner strength since 2011.

​

As a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner and acupuncturist, Nuno offers acupuncture treatments to relieve pain, stress, and other conditions. He also hosts retreats that blend yoga, acupuncture, and holistic practices, providing clients with a transformative experience.

Is my plane ticket included in the price?
No, your plane ticket to Bali is not included.

Are the transfers in Bali included in the price?

Yes, round-trip transfers between Ubud and the retreat center are included in the price (max 10 people/van). Please plan your arrival in Ubud for the morning of March 12th.
